You would be surprised if you knew that watching TV you can lose calories …
Here are some things you can do to lose calories. And best of all: without leaving your routine.
Ways to burn calories:
- Start your day doing some exercise. Before breakfast, train. Let it be the first thing you do at home or in the hotel. Do not go over, make it a quick session but enough to raise keystrokes. According to a 2013 study, we burn more calories, 20% more, if we train on an empty stomach. Ten minutes is enough.
- Move on. Even if you are on vacation forget the elevator, go up and downstairs, walk as much as you can, leave your car at home and if you are on the beach take long walks along the shore. To maximize the number of calories burned up and down the stairs.
- Trainless time but with more intensity. If you usually exercise for 30 minutes a day, on vacation leave it in a third, ten minutes. But it includes jumps and accelerates speed. Exercising at high intensity will help you burn up to 200 more calories throughout the day.
- Sleep soundly. A study by the University of Chicago says that people who are on a regimen lost almost half less weight if they slept five hours than those who achieved a sleep of more than eight and a half hours. To achieve this, avoid exposing yourself to electronic screens and devices and fill your plate with foods that help you sleep like cherries, basmati rice, and bananas.
- Still burning. If you go out at night, return home quickly and if you dare, jog a little. It is about keeping the metabolism active and continuing to burn hours after training is over.
- Move your legs while watching TV. Hooked on a series? Well, instead of throwing yourself on the couch, sit down and move your legs from time to time with energy. occasionally pause and take a quick walk to a room. Avoid spending hours still in front of the TV.
